Co-ownership shares of forests and permanent grassland - Urban Liptovský Ján

I offer for sale my own co-ownership shares in the Urban area of Liptovský Ján, district of Liptovský Mikuláš.
The total area of all co-ownership shares is 21,629.899 m², with the lands predominantly registered as forest land, permanent grassland, smaller areas as built-up area and courtyard, and other areas.
The minimum area for sale from the offered parcels individually is 2,500 m² (3,000 EUR) and the maximum is 21,629.9 m² (25,956 EUR). In case of purchasing all parcels together, there is a 5% discount from the original price of 25,955.90 EUR (€1.20 / m²), i.e. 24,658.10 EUR (€1.14 / m²). - The lands are suitable for forest managers, hunters, or as investment lands and for the ongoing land consolidation project.
I will arrange the preparation of purchase contracts and registration in the real estate cadastre at my own expense, and the administrative fees are at the buyer's expense.
