From March 2025, I offer for long-term rent a two-room, fully furnished apartment with a loggia and cellar in a TOP location in the center of Nitra on Štúrova Street.
The apartment has a total area of 52m + 3.27m loggia + 1.3m cellar and is located on the 9th floor (out of 10).
Layout: - hallway - bathroom with WC - separate kitchen - living room - bedroom - loggia.
The apartment is fully equipped with furniture, kitchen units, and appliances. In the living room, there is a new air conditioning and a 65” smart TV (not shown in the attached photos). The bedroom has a double bed and a built-in wardrobe. The apartment has internet from Telekom and Magio TV.
The apartment building is located on Štúrova Street, within walking distance of shops, schools, banks, fitness centers, and state institutions (OC Mlyny about 7 minutes on foot). There is parking available near the apartment building (it is possible to arrange a subscriber parking card).
I prefer working tenants without children and pets. The rental agreement is concluded for 1 year with a notice period of 3 months.
The rent is €680/month including all utilities and other fees. The rent is payable in advance for one month. Upon signing the contract, a deposit of one month's rent is required - no commission for the real estate agency.
The apartment is available from March 2025.
