I am renting a 2-room renovated apartment of 50m2 in Trenčín (Zámostie area) with two balconies. New kitchen with appliances, renovated bathroom, new wardrobe. It is located in an apartment building on the 4th floor. The building has 2 elevators. Nearby there is complete civic amenities - bus stop (3 min.), shopping center (5 min), restaurants, pharmacy, health center. The apartment has 2 balconies with a beautiful view of the castle. It consists of a living room connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, a separate hallway, a toilet, and a bathroom. Equipment includes: dishwasher, refrigerator, extractor hood, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dining table with chairs, sofa, double bed with mattress and mattress protector, new wardrobe, shoe cabinet, AEG washing machine, fast optical internet is also available, and a landline is connected. The apartment is fully furnished and has new entrance doors. We prefer 1 to 2 people interested in long-term rental, no pets. Rent: 580 EUR per month (including utilities and internet). A refundable deposit equal to one month's rent (580 EUR) is required with the first rent.
