We offer a fully equipped gastro operation/kitchen for takeover, suitable for business in gastronomy (confectionery production, pancakes, donuts, etc.). The space was renovated in autumn 2023. The operation is approved by RUVZ and SVPS. The space has 16m2 and is divided into an entrance hall, a small storage room, and a kitchen. In the space, there is complete new electrical wiring, painted and tiled. The storage room and entrance hall are separated from the kitchen by drywall partitions, lexan, and sliding doors. The storage room has ventilation and a heavy-duty shelf. The kitchen equipment for takeover consists of a complete kitchen unit, 3 stainless steel sinks, and faucets. The sinks are connected to their own boiler located under the hand sink. The kitchen is ventilated by a Klarstein hood, which is also part of the equipment. Each room has its own LED lights, and there is also an LED strip under the unit. The kitchen is spacious in terms of movement and space for ingredients and inventory. An advantage is the possibility of using the space immediately after notifying any gastro operation. Toilets are located in the passage opposite the space.
The price for the takeover of the kitchen equipment is 4,000 euros, or negotiable. The monthly rent is 300 euros + VAT. Plus utilities according to measured consumption.
The operation has installed air conditioning, which we offer for possible purchase for an additional 700 euros.
