The advertising space has an area of 96 m2 on the front wall of the apartment building opposite UNLP, with the possibility of night lighting. The monthly rent is 240.- Euros excluding VAT (the production and installation of the banner is at the tenant's expense). In case of lighting + advance payment for electricity. We are not VAT payers.
