An apartment with a balcony, completely renovated or partially reconstructed, lower costs (up to 150 euros for two people). Apartment area 65 - 75 m². Ideally non-passing rooms, cellar. We are buying for ourselves and for long-term. We are more interested in offers from private individuals, as we have everything prepared. We have looked at offers from real estate agencies.
