For rent is a bright and nice 1-room apartment with an area of 30m2 on the 3rd floor of a 3-story building. The apartment is fully furnished. There is no problem with parking around the building, but there is a zone. You can either register your permanent residence or a parking card costs €300/year (problem-free parking in front of the apartment). We can agree on this together.
In the apartment, smoking is not allowed, and a cellar is available. The apartment is available from 1.2.2025. The apartment is close to the station, a bit from Max.

One month's rent is paid in advance + one deposit. Deposit = one month's rent.
