Looking for a roommate (women only)

We offer for rent a large, non-passing newly furnished room (4.5 x 5 m) in a three-room apartment in Ružinov near Prievoz with quiet neighbors. Excellent accessibility to all parts of Bratislava by public transport, OC Nivy and AS are 10 minutes away by public transport. Nearby there is Lidl, Terno, Tesco, health center, pharmacy, restaurants, and more. The apartment is fully furnished with complete equipment on the 1st floor with an elevator and a balcony. New furniture will be delivered by the end of January 2025. It will include a work wall with storage spaces along with a wardrobe and a desk, a large bed, an armchair, and a TV cabinet with storage space for books. The room space will consist of both a work and a relaxation area. The roommates are very tidy and accommodating, working in the healthcare field. The room will be available from February 1, 2025. The rent price per month is 330 Euros including utilities and internet.
