I offer for sale a set of cohesive plots.
The plots are located in the cadastre of Kněževes LV 125. The total area is 47591 m2. Of this: 1538 m2 are communications, 6092 m2 is permanent grassland, 3143 m2 is arable land, and 36818 m2 is forest.
In reality, there are either natural growth or planted seedlings on the TTP, which can be converted to forest in the future.
The forest consists of two stands, 100 years old and 80 years old. Together, there is a stock of over 1000 m3 of wood, composed of MD, SM, JD, BO.
