We offer a long-term rental of a 1-room apartment at Rúbanisko II/21, available immediately.
The apartment underwent complete reconstruction in the summer and is located on the 1st floor of the apartment building.
The location offers excellent civic amenities - nearby are kindergartens and elementary schools, a polyclinic, pharmacies, supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and children's playgrounds. Grocery stores are only 100 m from the apartment.
The apartment includes a cellar with an area of 4 m².
The rental price includes utilities. Internet can be arranged for an additional fee of +20 € / month.
Upon signing the rental agreement, the following must be paid:
one month's rent in advance
a deposit equal to one month's rent
