I am renting a furnished large double room (20m2) for 2 people in a brick house (no agency fee) in Prague 5 – Smíchov – Hlubočepy, Na Zlíchově street.
I am the direct owner of this apartment, so the rental is WITHOUT A COMMISSION for mediation.
The room is available from March 1, 2026!
The room is in a brick house opposite the Zlíchov Church park in a completely newly furnished apartment (furniture from IKEA) after reconstruction, the room is furnished, lockable, separate, and non-passing. There is also a shared kitchen available including appliances (kitchen unit + built-in appliances, refrigerator, table, chairs), a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
Quick and frequent transport connections to the center and 3 minutes from the B metro by trams number 4, 5, 12, 20, 94 with a stop by the house + another bus MHD number 120.
The total price for the room is 15,000 CZK/month including all fees.
In the vicinity of the house, there are, for example, these locations: Zlíchov Church of St. Philip and James, Dívčí Hrady, Císařská louka, Žluté lázně, or Prokopské údolí.
