The annuity is repaid only after taking over the completed apartment (expected 06/2027). Now you will only pay the price for the transfer. Currently, the monthly payment for the apartment is 22,510 CZK. The developer will negotiate with the financing bank about lowering interest rates based on the current market situation before the project is completed.
Garage parking and cellar belonging to the unit are not included in the price for the transfer of the apartment. During construction, it cannot be transferred to personal ownership.
