On behalf of the owner, I offer for rent a 2-room apartment in a new residential building in the village of Padáň. The apartment has an area of 48.3 m² + balcony 3.4 m² and is located on the 1st floor of 2 in the residential building. The apartment comes with 1 parking space – by agreement near the building or in the inner courtyard. Heating is electric – water-based, provided by a heat pump. The apartment is rented furnished (see photos). Available: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, option to use air conditioning (if needed). Rent including utilities (heating, electricity, water) and parking for max. 2 adult tenants (+ 1 child): 600 € / month. Internet connection is arranged by the tenant independently.
