I offer a rental of a two-room apartment with a kitchenette in a brick house in Prostějov on Vrahovická Street. The apartment and the common areas of the house have been completely renovated a few years ago, including all installations. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, has an area of approximately 45 m², and consists of an entrance hallway, from which there is access to the bathroom and a living room with a kitchenette, from which there is further access to the bedroom. The flooring in the hallway and bathroom is ceramic tiles, while the rooms have laminate flooring, and the windows are plastic. It is possible to use the garden behind the house for sitting, grilling, etc., by agreement. Parking is possible in front of the house or by agreement behind the gate in the entrance next to the house. I offer the apartment as the owner without a real estate commission. The monthly rental price for the apartment is 10,800 CZK + utilities. The required deposit is 21,600 CZK.
