The insolvency administrator appointed in the insolvency case of the debtor TARAXOL INVEST s.r.o., ID: 021 71 490, based in Brno, Nové sady 988/2, ZIP 602 00, offers for rent from 01.03.2026 real estate, namely: - land plot No. St. 51, which includes a building with No. 19, - land plot No. 590/5, all in the cadastral area of Sedlec near Kralovice, municipality of Sedlec.
This is a residential building with 6 residential units in various conditions. Part is habitable, part is in poor condition. It is expected that the tenant will carry out repairs and maintenance at their own expense.
Basic conditions of the lease: - the tenant will be responsible for any damages, - the tenant will have the obligation to care for the subject of the lease to the extent that they are obliged to care for it as an owner, - the tenant will pay a deposit of at least 100,000 CZK, - the rent will be at least 15,000 CZK per month.
The tenant will be granted permission for subletting the real estate and its parts.
