I offer for rent a 2-room apartment on the first floor of a family house, in the wider center of the city of LM and the pedestrian zone, near the STOP Shop shopping center on Čsl. Brigady street. The apartment consists of an entrance staircase with a shoe rack and a coat wall, a kitchenette (electric stove with oven, refrigerator with freezer, microwave), bathroom with shower + WC, living room with balcony, corner sofa, dining table with chairs, dresser, TV table, bedroom with double bed, nightstand with lamp, large built-in wardrobe. A technical room with a washing machine is located in the basement of the house. The rental price for 1 person is 450€/month. The price includes utilities + Wifi connection. Upon signing the contract, a deposit and one rent totaling 900€ is paid. A parking space in the garage can be rented for 50€/month. The apartment is freshly painted, cozy in a good location.
