We are a family from Ostrožská Nová Ves and we would like to stay in our beloved village or in the nearby area.
Therefore, we are actively looking for:
• A family house 3+1 or larger (preferably 4+1, 5+1, etc.). • Either in nice condition ready to move in – after renovation, partially repaired or well-maintained. • Or an older house for renovation – we would love to take care of it ourselves, especially if it has a decent foundation. • Alternatively, a building plot for our own house (or an older family house with a larger plot that could be demolished to build a new one).
We are not a real estate agency, we are a growing family looking to find a home for many years for ourselves and our children. Our budget is flexible – it depends on the condition, size, and location. We would be extremely grateful for any tips – even for what is being sold "just among neighbors".
