Nearby, there are large parking areas, so there is no problem with parking in this part during the day. The price is negotiable after viewing, suitable for offices, services, commercial space, showroom, barbershop, etc. The price is stated for the main rental space without VAT, parking and storage can be negotiated separately, or possibly separated from the rental subject. There are also advance payments for utilities and common areas charged to the manager and direct electricity consumption against SSE.
