We live in a shared flat 4+1, raised ground floor, panel house, Olomouc, Trnková estate. Each room is used by one person, men, middle-aged and older. One room will be available from 03/2026. It has a total of 12m2 with its own vestibule. We are looking for a non-conflict partner for quiet and respectful co-living.
The flat is in its original maintained condition (chipboard core), furnished (fridge, washing machine, stove, kitchen unit).
