I am selling a 1-room apartment of 30m2 + 7m2 loggia, in a two-year-old new building, Eduarda Wenzla street near the Police Academy in Rača. The apartment is fully furnished, including appliances, available for immediate move-in. The price includes VAT!! If interested, a parking space is also available for 16,000.- including VAT.
