I am renting spaces of approximately 100 m² and 180 m².
The first space has been used as a café with a bar. It has been renovated and it is possible to take over some new equipment - by agreement. The space can also be used as a shop, office, or for other commercial purposes. The second space has two separate entrances and offers wide possibilities for commercial use.
There is also an option to rent a 2+kk apartment / office.
