The apartment is partially furnished. The source of heat and hot water is a Baxi gas boiler. In the building, you can use shared storage spaces and a cellar of 5.88 m2. You can enjoy coffee in the garden behind the house.

Rent 13,000 CZK per month
Estimated energy deposits 5,000 CZK per month
Refundable deposit of two months' rent 26,000 CZK. The agency fee is one month's rent + VAT.

Parking is possible around the house. Within walking distance, there is a square with many shops, cafes, the municipal office, and also a school. You will also find large retail chains, Kyjov hospital. The city of Kyjov offers sports activities at children's playgrounds and sports facilities, relaxation and wellness, hiking and cycling, cultural events, traditions and folklore, theater, cinema, exhibitions, and concerts, winemaking, and everything that South Moravia can offer.
