I offer for long-term rent a 3+1 apartment on the first floor of a panel building, the apartment is partially furnished, with a balcony, 2 elevators with barrier-free access to the apartment. Monthly rent is 17,000 CZK + 5,000 CZK advance for water and heating, the total rent amounts to 22,000 CZK, electricity will be transferred to the new tenant, a deposit of 30,000 CZK, which is refundable after handing over the apartment in its original condition. Annual settlement will be provided to the tenant, any overpayment will also be refunded. The apartment will be available for moving in on 19.03.2026.
