We offer you to buy an Urn Grove for pets. All documents including building permits and projects are processed and valid. This is in the cadastral area of Kolín, with an area of 370m2, directly "Kolín Central Cemetery". The Urn Grove is located just behind the entrance to the central Kolín cemetery, the place is perfectly designed for this purpose. Based on the attached visualization and PD, the production of systemic zinc-stainless urn constructions was realized. The vision does not differ from reality. The land has water and sewage connections, complex reinforced concrete foundations under the assemblies and around the entire perimeter of the urn grove for urn box assemblies. The entire area has mosaic pavements of 50x50mm and also mounted supporting system constructions for the installation of urn boxes. The cemetery capacity is projected for 1375-1430 places. Access rights through the municipal land are secured, only the opening hours of the central Kolín cemetery must be respected. This is the first and only project of this scope and character in both the Czech Republic and Europe. Currently, the project is 85 percent completed.
