Sale of TINY HOUSE

I am selling a nearly 2-year-old Tiny House from the manufacturer lidezmaringotek.cz. The tiny house served my family during the construction of our family home in the Jizera Mountains and has withstood winter conditions, where I can guarantee that year-round living in such a well-built house is not only possible but also very pleasant. The tiny house is located in the forest and has been inhabited and cared for only by our family throughout its existence. The entire space is divided by thermostats and can be heated by underfloor heating or a stove, which ensures a constant temperature even in cold periods.
The interior space is divided into a living area, which also includes a stove, kitchen unit, and corner seating, a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and sink, and there is a separate bedroom (which served our family as a children's room). By stairs (where the washing machine, refrigerator, and storage spaces are located), we reach the loft, which not only has a large bed for two but also plenty of storage space and a library.
Technical description: Chassis 2.7x8.1m, external dimensions 8.3*2.9*4.5. Two-axle, steel chassis painted with anti-corrosion coating, unbraked with a hitch equipped with a load-bearing locking jack. The structure of the walls, floor, and ceiling of the caravan is made of a wooden frame of beams 100*40mm. Floor composition (from the bottom): 12mm OSB board - 100mm mineral insulation + KVH 100*40mm - 25mm OSB board, final floor vinyl. Wall composition (from the outside): Painted boards 19mm - frame 20mm - diffusion foil - 40mm wood fiber board 100mm mineral wool + KVH 100*40mm - vapor barrier - boards 12mm. Internal insulation is made of mineral wool with a thickness of 100mm with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.035 W/mK. External insulation is made of wood fiber boards 40mm with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 0.043 W/mK. The internal cladding is made of painted wooden boards 12mm thick. The external cladding consists of painted boards made of Nordic spruce 19mm and is attached with stainless screws. The roof is a single-pitched roof with a slope of 10°, ventilated, made of trapezoidal sheet metal and equipped with a gutter and downspout. Composition of the ceiling and roof (from the inside): internal board 12mm - vapor barrier - 140mm mineral insulation + KVH 140*40mm OSB board 12mm - roofing foil - roofing battens 2x2cm roofing covering trapezoidal galvanized sheet. Windows and doors are wooden with double glazing.
