Hello, we are preparing completely newly created gardens for long-term rent, where the tenant has the opportunity to modify the garden according to their wishes. Each garden has grass sown over the entire area and each garden comes with a newly built shed for storing tools, etc. The garden (approximately 240m2) is intended for relaxation and growing common garden crops. It is located in our private gardening colony directly in Pardubice on Dašická street, the entire area is fenced. Water for watering is available, electricity is not connected. Nearby there are public transport stops, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies,... Mobile homes, residential vehicles, trailers, storage, animal kennels, etc. cannot be placed here. The garden is not intended for living! Please only serious applicants for long-term rent who have a positive relationship with nature and tranquility.
