Rental of a 2+1 apartment

From April 2026, I offer a long-term rental of a 2+1 apartment in Kadaň, ul. u Stadionu (5th floor / no elevator). The apartment is in a quiet part of Kadaň, close to a shopping center and sports complex. The apartment has undergone a complete renovation, electrical wiring, plastic windows, floors with tiles or linoleum. The apartment has a modern kitchen equipped with appliances. Otherwise, the apartment is unfurnished. Monthly rent is 13,500 CZK + fees (heating, water supply + sewage, water heating) + electricity - transfer to the tenant. Deposit: 30,000 CZK upon signing the contract - proof of no debt + employment contract. Interested parties should call only in the evening after 6:00 PM.
