I offer a rental of a residential unit with a layout of 3+1 with a balcony on the 2nd floor of an insulated panel house with an elevator in the housing estate in Volary. In addition to the living room, bedroom, and children's room, the apartment also includes a spacious hall, kitchen, vestibule, and bathroom with a bathtub and separate toilet. The apartment is partially furnished (wardrobes, sofa, TV, kitchen unit with appliances). In the ground floor, a storage room and a shared stroller room will be available. The monthly rent is 12,000 CZK + energy deposits (depending on the number of people). A one-time reservation fee of 12,000 CZK is paid upon reservation, and a refundable deposit of 24,000 CZK is paid upon signing the lease agreement.
