Dear gardening friends, We offer for sale a garden plot number 1269/21 with a total area of 468 m2. The plot is located in the area of ZO ČZS Collective Garden Kudlov, Kudlov No. 763, Zlín and is owned by us. The plot has an electrical connection, utility water supply, and drinking water is available approximately 100 m away. The land is situated in a southwest direction and is sloped and grassy. A small garden cottage can be built on the plot within the limits of the valid building law. The place is suitable for hobby gardening and family recreation and is not intended for permanent residence. The entire area is subject to the settlement rules according to the valid statutes of ČZS. Access is possible by city transport by bus DSZO Zlín, or by car to the parking lot by the forest, and then on foot to the garden. The sale price was approved by the annual members' meeting in 2025 at the amount of 200,000 CZK for the plot, direct legal costs for drafting the purchase agreement, notary fees, and the proposal for registration in the cadastre will be paid by the buyer.
