Sale of land in the cadastral area of Přerov nad Labem

I offer for sale land in the cadastral area of Přerov nad Labem. It concerns: - plot no. 2979 registered as forest land with a total area of 1,951 m2, of which we own 1/2, i.e. 976 m2 (age of the forest 68 years - representation of tree species black poplar), - plot no. 2991 registered as other land with a total area of 1,239 m2, of which we own 1/2, i.e. 620 m2.
The land is flat, access is through a meadow. We own a 1/2 share in the land, i.e. a share of 1,596 m2.
