I am selling a plot that consists of a forest part for which a PSL 2021 - 2030 has been issued and a TTP part (overgrown with forest trees in the form of a forest), with a total area of the plot of 32.37 ha.
I am only selling my share with an area of 302.674 m2 (30.2674 ha). The remaining share with an area of 20.995 m2 (2.0995 ha) is owned by the Roman Catholic Church.
The plot borders on State forests, which represents a future possibility of resolving and discussing the exchange of plots with the State elsewhere and similar....
