Since I cannot take care of the garden, I offer it for long-term rent with a garden cottage in Bechyně (Větrov). Size of the garden is approximately 1000 m2; fenced, lockable front and back gates, with a separate entrance gate for a car, easy access, a few meters from the property flows the picturesque river Smutná. The land is in a recreational and gardening area, about 200m from the center of Bechyně and 50m from Bechyně Castle. The garden cottage is approximately 3x3m2 with electricity, there is an outdoor toilet, water is not distributed in the cottage. The tenant must take care of the land (mow regularly). Rent: 3000 CZK/month, the tenant must have the electricity registered in their name - it has been paid once a year until now. Please call only if you intend to use the garden for recreation (year-round stay is not possible). Suitable for people from Bechyně, Týn, Tábor, ČB...
