I offer: 8 rooms with a total capacity of about 20 people, 4 bathrooms, 4 toilets, 2 common rooms, dining room, kitchen - fully equipped for about 30 people, electric stove with oven, 3 refrigerators, dishwasher. The entire property has electric heating, a fireplace, and wifi, and 6 TVs. In front of the house, there is parking for 6 cars. Behind the house, there is a playground, a gazebo with a fireplace, and the possibility of peaceful relaxation. Price list: The price is 200 euros per night for the entire property. When occupied by 20 people, the price per person is 10 euros/night. When occupied by 15 people, the price per person is 13.50 euros/night. When occupied by 16 people, the price per person is 12.50 euros/night. The price includes: Accommodation, electricity consumption, parking, water, sewage, cleaning approximately every 10-14 days, change of bed linen - every 10-14 days, by agreement. The price does not include the accommodation tax of 1 euro/person/night. We can also arrange food delivery from our own restaurant.
