Hello, I am trying my luck here as well. I would like to find an apartment for my own living in Ostrava–Poruba, ideally 1+1 or 2+1, (possibly a smaller 3+kk), priced up to 2.8 million CZK. I am employed, have one child, and would like to find pleasant housing. I know that today's property prices are quite high, so I am trying to find something at a reasonable, 'not inflated' price, ideally directly from the owner, or possibly cooperative. If anyone knows of a sale or is considering selling an apartment, I would appreciate any offer or tip. Thank you in advance.
