The space is suitable for parking a motorcycle, bicycles, storing seasonal items, skis, etc. The entrance to the garages opens electronically. The deposit for electricity and common areas is 500 CZK per year (settled according to actual consumption). The owner requires a refundable deposit of 5,000 CZK, and 5,000 CZK is the agency's commission.
