Building plot for sale in Vydří

I am selling a set of 2 adjacent plots of land used as 1 unit in the built-up area (according to the zoning plan) in Vydří near JH. In total (both together) 2012 m2. The larger one has an electrical box, both are adjacent to a municipal road (asphalt road). A magical place (at least in my opinion). The plots (currently one significantly larger than the other) could also be consolidated and re-divided into 2 differently sized plots (for example, into 2 roughly equally sized - slightly over 1000 m2).
The center of Vydří is about 7.5 km away, which is about 10-13 minutes by car (about 7 minutes to the outskirts of JH). Vydří also has bus connections with JH.
