I offer for sale forest land in the cadastral area of Lesonice near Moravský Krumlov. This includes: - plot no. 1110/1 registered as forest land with a total area of 2,687 m2, of which we own a share of 1/3, i.e. 896 m2, - plot no. 1210/8 registered as forest land with a total area of 1,866 m2, of which we own a share of 1/3, i.e. 622 m2 (age of the forest 79 years - representation of tree species is acacia). Plot no. 1210/8 is ready for logging (logging has already taken place on plot no. 1110/1). The land is flat (there is a forest access road leading to plot no. 1110/1). We are owners of a 1/3 share of the land. The total area of the 1/3 share of the land is 1,518 m2.
