I am renting a 2+1 apartment on the 1st floor of an insulated panel building in the village of Citice (about 5 minutes by car from Sokolov). The apartment is freshly painted, with new flooring, a new kitchen unit with an electric hob and an electric oven. Rent + services for one person 9,000 CZK. The tenant pays for energy themselves. Refundable deposit 9,000 CZK. The apartment is only for working individuals and those without executions.
