On behalf of the owner, I offer a share of 1/6 of the land in the cadastral area of Poruba, district of Ostrava. These are plots no. 2872/2, 2874/4, 2939/21, 2942/16 with a share area of 3534 m2. According to the cadastre, the plots are registered as arable land and other areas, they are flat, accessible from the road, and located in the southwest of the cadastral area. In the zoning plan, the plots are located in arable land areas. The plots are leased, if you are interested, please feel free to request the lease agreement.
