Rental of a 1+1 apartment, Varnsdorf

I offer a sublease of a 1+1 apartment with an area of 43m². The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a panel building with an elevator on Pražská street (the first panel building behind Lidl). The apartment includes a cellar compartment and it is also possible to use the drying room and the loggia located on the same floor as the apartment. The condition and layout of the apartment are evident from the attached photographs.
I am looking for decent, working people without executions. The apartment is non-smoking and is suitable for a maximum of 3 people.
The rent is 6500 CZK, service charges (electricity, heating, cold + hot water, cleaning) are 4000 CZK for 1 person, for each additional person +500 CZK, monthly fees are 1500 CZK. A refundable deposit of 13,000 CZK is required upon signing the contract.
