The transport connection is from the first-class road (I/61) around the Slovnaft terminal. A little further from the area is the highway 'D1' which can be accessed via the connector before the airport right after McDonald's (3.5 km).
Description of the area:
Access to the closed area is via an asphalt road through an electric gate. The area is circular and each hall is accessible via an asphalt road. Access is also available for trucks. In addition to parking at the hall, parking is also possible on the paved area at the gate and in parking spaces in front of the gate. Toilets are located at the back of the area. The maximum reserved capacity of the electrical network is 100 kW per quarter hour.

Description of the halls:
The halls are situated in 3 rows and divided into blocks. 1 block has an area of 540 m2 with dimensions (12 x 45 m). The block can also be divided into a smaller area of 110 m2 (minimum). The total free area of the halls is approximately 3,000 m2. Access to some halls is through a sectional gate and others through a metal gate. The floors are concrete.
The halls can be reconstructed and the walls replaced with new sandwich panels if agreed upon.
