The A9 family house has everything an active family needs: on the ground floor, there is a generous living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, from where you can access the terrace with a garden - an ideal place for relaxation, family evenings, or barbecuing with friends. The entrance hall offers a wardrobe and a technical room, and there is a separate toilet. On the first floor, there are three rooms, a bathroom, a wardrobe, and a separate toilet. A garage and a parking space under the shelter ensure comfortable parking.
Quality and Solid Construction
We work on the project with an emphasis on quality and details. The house is currently highly unfinished - internal plastering is completed, rough installations, facade, we are currently implementing underfloor heating and final adjustments to the sidewalks and terraces. External engineering networks are 90% completed (electricity, public lighting, water supply, rain drainage, septic tanks, water meter shafts). The road is prepared with underlying gravel layers and part of the curbs.
We use only verified materials and technologies: POROTHERM Profi bricks, BAUMIT insulation, plastic windows with triple glazing, flat roof with 30 cm insulation, modern, minimalist design, and thoughtful details.
We offer houses in the state of a shell, with the possibility of complete finishing according to the client's wishes - from floors to kitchens and sanitary facilities.
Modern and Economical Heating
The house is equipped with an air-water heat pump VIESSMANN VITOCAL 222-S, which provides underfloor heating with low energy consumption. The preparation of hot water is solved by an integrated 220 l tank with a tubular heat exchanger and safety valve, ensuring a sufficient supply of hot water for the whole family.
Comfortable Air Recovery
The house is also prepared for decentralized forced ventilation with units Viessmann Vitovent 200 D, which will be placed in living rooms and allow regulation of ventilation performance. The condensation drainage is discreetly solved on the facade of the house. This way, you get a healthy indoor environment, fresh air, and lower energy costs.

Heating: Economical underfloor heating with a modern VIESSMANN heat pump that significantly reduces operating costs. Preparation of hot water: Integrated 220 l tank with a tubular heat exchanger and safety valve. Recovery: Forced ventilation with decentralized units Viessmann Vitovent 200 D for a healthy and comfortable indoor environment. Parking: Brick garage with remote control and a shelter for a second car. Engineering networks: The house is connected to electricity, water, rain drainage, and has a 12 m³ septic tank. Public lighting and water meter shafts are part of the project.
