3. keeping the original assortment + adding a new assortment/brand by agreement.
The condition in all options is to have your own company/business under which the operation will be transferred after approval by the shopping center.
Reason for sale: Currently, I want to focus only on wholesale abroad because it is my primary focus and I do not have time to further manage a retail store. Therefore, I am looking for a serious interested party who will continue the operation.
