The total area of the sold lands is 79,906 m2. All lands are used as permanent grassland. There is no lease agreement on the lands. The meadows are easily accessible.
The village of Lipina is located in the Low Jeseník, about 2 km northeast of Šternberk, and is traversed by the Sprchový stream. Transport services are provided by line connections of ČSAD - towards Opava, Bruntál, and Libavá. The village is known for the Ecce Homo hillclimb car races, whose track runs through the area of the village. Marked tourist and cycling routes pass through here.
