I would like to offer you a long-term rental in 2024 of a residential unit established in a completely renovated historic building on Masaryk Square in Žamberk. The apartment of size 2+kk is on the first floor and has windows facing the courtyard, area 52 m². The layout includes an entrance hall (6 m²), a room (12 m²), a living kitchen (22 m²), a bathroom, and a pantry. The apartment has its own electric boiler for heating and its own electric water heater. Internet is provided to the apartment, which is included in the rent. The apartment has a kitchen unit equipped with a stove, hood, and preparation for placing a dishwasher and microwave. Upon signing the contract, a refundable deposit (security) of 30,000 CZK and a commission of 8,000 CZK will be required. We are looking for a reliable tenant for a long-term rental.
