We offer 1 place for a FEMALE STUDENT in a 2-bed room, balcony .... in a 3+1 apartment (75 m2), Bayerova St., Veveří, for female students who go home for the weekend - price 4,500 CZK/person. The room is large 20 m2, sunny with a small balcony overlooking the park. In the apartment, I live alone. The room is not a walkthrough. The apartment is close to many universities. 5 minutes to the city center by public transport. The apartment is in a building with an elevator on the 4th floor. Deposit 1,500 CZK/person. Energy performance certificate G. Commission 1,900 CZK/person. Trams 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 all stop at Hrnčířská, or Trolleybus 32 stops at Zahradníkova and Trolleybus 25 and 26 stop at Pionýrská.
