View and seating by your own ornamental pond, fish under the supervision of a water sprite. Greenery, peace, nature, sky full of stars. Barbecuing and plenty of tips for trips (lookout towers, reservoirs, hiking, cycling, and other excursion places). In the village (1.5 km) there is a pub, wine shop, grocery store. The nearest restaurant is at the Černá Studnice lookout tower (1.5 km). Easy access to further trips to the Krkonoš or Český ráj. Number of nights by agreement. P.S.: The height of the stairs is misleading, it is a classic first floor ;-)
