Hello, We offer for rent our 2-room apartment (51m2) with a loggia, located on Palárikova Street in Senica (Old Housing Estate). The apartment is located on the 4th/4 floor without an elevator and consists of an entrance hall, bathroom with shower, separate toilet, kitchen, living room with air conditioning, and bedroom with access to the loggia. The apartment is fully furnished. A cellar is also included with the apartment. The apartment is suitable for an individual or a couple, no pets allowed. The rental price is €550 including utilities and internet/TV. Upon signing the lease agreement, a refundable deposit of €550 and 2 months' rent is required.
