Garden house based on a residential container 7x3m. The structure is welded, steel, sturdy, galvanized. Cladding: sandwich panel with PUR core - walls, ceiling, and floor. PUR core 5cm - walls and floor, PUR core 8cm - ceiling.
Includes: 2x window 100x120cm, 1x door 103x200cm, complete electrical installation (2x light, 2x socket, switch, distribution box, and 5-pin connector).
Weight of the container: max 1.5t, floor load: 250kg/m2. Water drainage is conducted through rain channels - outlets integrated into the roof structure.
Price for white decor panel: 169,000 CZK excluding VAT; for anthracite decor or wood decor for an additional fee.
Price does not include transport and is without VAT. If interested, we provide transport throughout the Czech Republic and also to Slovakia.
Viewing can be arranged in the Central Bohemian Region and Moravia.
