I am renting a 2-room apartment in Nováky located on Chemikov street in a building on the 2nd floor. The building is insulated with a new facade and a new roof. Nearby the building, there is a grocery store, a primary school, and an art school. Close to the bus and train station.
The 2-room apartment consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The apartment has a balcony + 2 cellars. The total area is 60 m2.
The apartment has undergone partial renovation.
The apartment is rented fully furnished including furniture and appliances (refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dryer, 2x TV, robotic vacuum cleaner), there is air conditioning in the living room.
The apartment has its own gas heating – gamatky + a boiler for hot water, there are fireplace stoves in the living room. The building is disconnected from central heating.
The rent is €600 per month including utilities (or negotiable) + a one-month deposit is required.
Viewings possible at the end of March, the apartment is available from April.
